You

As a Middleweight Designer, you’d be fundamental to the studio culture. Inquisitive, passionate and hungry to develop, you’ll contribute throughout the entire design process. In this position you’ll be working closely and collaboratively with other designers, and under the direction of the senior team. You’ll learn the in-depth processes that make the studio tick and develop relationships with the strategy and client service teams.

Bring your skills

  • At least 3+ years agency design experience
  • Great visual communications for a range of commercial brands
  • A great eye for design, demonstrating craft and attention to detail
  • Developing presentations skills, delivering your ideas with passion
  • Skilled in Adobe CC suite with developing skills is specialist areas (motion, 3D etc.)
  • Team-player attitude and willingness to contribute in discussions & workshops

Roll up your sleeves

  • Proactively contribute to design development
  • Demonstrate developing conceptual and strategic thinking
  • Bring energy and points of view to creative discussions
  • Contribute to team design work and ask questions to challenge others
  • Work with external freelance resource when needed
  • Actively contribute to the studio culture and share your creative interests
  • Help mentor junior team members
