As a Senior Designer, you’d be at the very heart of our creative culture, consistently delivering fresh and imaginative work to the highest level. In this key position you’d be working closely and collaboratively with our design, strategy and client service teams as well as developing relationships with external partners and clients.

Bring your skills

  • At least 5+ years agency design experience
  • Excellent visual communications for brands big and small
  • Exceptional design execution, demonstrating craft and attention to detail
  • Great presentations skills, delivering compelling ideas with clarity
  • Highly skilled in Adobe CC suite with developing skills is specialist areas (motion, 3D etc.)
  • Team-player attitude and confident in creative discussions & workshops

Roll up your sleeves

  • Lead and own project/design development
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual and strategic thinking
  • Bring energy and points of view to creative discussions
  • Oversee team design work and inspire others to think differently
  • Work closely with external freelance resource and partners
  • Actively contribute to the studio culture and be a creative voice within the business
  • Mentor the junior team and seek out new talent as the team grows
