Quaker Kids

Fuelling imagination to wake kids up to porridge

BRINGING ALL THE GOODNESS OF FUN TO THE BREAKFAST TABLE

Quaker is the iconic oat brand. Our brief was to take learnings from Quakers ‘home’ category of hot cereals into a new ‘away’ category, kids' ready-to-eat cold cereals, with the collaborative support of the PepsiCo Design Team.

A PLAYFUL PROPOSITION THAT INSPIRES CURIOSITY

The breakfast category is constantly evolving with both established and upstart brands competing to meet shifts in consumer preferences and innovating when it comes to terms of convenience, nutrition, and taste experience. The brand design challenge was to create a proposition that presented a balance of kids' happiness, nutritional needs, and convenience, to deliver genuine nutritional value through imagination and creativity.

UNLOCKING KIDS' IMAGINATION

We built a visual identity and packaging system that ‘unlocks the imagination’ whilst building upon the core distinctive assets of Quaker, driving kids to take action, encouraging imaginative play and the creation of their own unique taste combinations.

A TRUSTED BRAND THAT FUELS THE FUN

The brand language harnesses the trusted Quaker Masterbrand, whilst building on a proposition that sparks the imagination, and keeps parents happy in the knowledge that they are making good nutritional choices. Win win!
